I ordered this as a last minute Christmas gift for my wife and the order was processed and despatched very quickly. The coat itself is fantastic - great for walking our dog in the wind / rain / cold. The only "issue" that we have is fighting over who gets to wear it! Maybe I'll need to buy myself one too. Highly recommended

I paid for express delivery but was told later it was out of stock but they refunded the extra postage as soon as I queried the delay, great customer service.

Simply can’t find anything that I don’t love about this coat. It’s stylish lightweight incredibly indulgent and when you put it on, you feel like it’s giving you a little hug. Yes I know it’s a changing robe, but it’s elevated changing robes to a glamour item. And the whole ordering process has been absolutely marvelous..
