We bought this for our daughter for Christmas as a practical cover up during rowing sessions. She's not seen it yet, but I'm seriously impressed. The look and feel of the materials, the attention paid to practical details & the ability to fold it into its own carry bag, are all spot on.

Absolutely love this robe. FAR better than that big brand we all know about. Less bulky, can be worn as a coat without looking ridiculous. Cosy and stylish…never want to take it off!

Having read up about the sizing, both my husband and I went for the junior version. The arms are plenty long enough and the robe is roomy. As this robe is advertised as thinner than others I was pleasantly surprised at the thick, super warm lining. It is a bit of a fight to get the robe into its stuff bag - might I be doing something wrong? Ddipp answered my questions quickly and the robe arrived (overseas) in just a few days. Very happy with it 😀

I originally bought a small adult but then downsized to a child and the fit is much better (I'm 5'3", size 6 and the adult one was just a bit too much material) but both are so lightweight, warm, completely waterproof and loads of pockets! I do early morning sea swims and it was below zero this week but I was toasty (with a hot water bottle in one of the inside pockets!) I gave the adult one to a friend of mine and she much prefers it to her Dry Robe (says it's lighter and cosier)

I looked at lots of options and went for this one because it was the most waterproof and is lighter weight. I also love that it is made from recycled plastic. It is warm and waterproof and I love the colours.

Love this robe. I ordered the olive green one but didn’t like it as much as I thought I would. I got in touch with ddipp and they changed it without any issues. The robe is so comfy, warm and soft……as well and having amazing colours! Highly recommend.

I love it. The colour with the orange fleece lining, which feels lovely ) is great . It’s very good quality with plenty of pockets and the one hidden to pack the jacket away. I’m only 5 ft tall so went for the junior size which fits just right. Intend using mostly for dog walking so I don’t want it to totally swamp me. Would still be able to change in it if used for water activities.

I've been thinking about getting a changing/beach robe for a while. After doing a lot of research I can across the ddipp Sea Monster. I'm so glad I did! This thing is amazing! Originally ordered the junior but exchanged it for a s/m for the extra length. Love everything about this robe, the flexible outer material, the soft lining, pocket to pack it in, zip off sleeves and all made from recycled materials. Plus customer service was excellent, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this company and products.

Customer service brilliant. Ordered a junior first time, but returned for a s/m as wanted it slightly longer. Love that it’s recycled and the feel of the robe. Outside material nice and flexible and inside beautifully soft. Plus extra features of zip off sleeves and pocket to pack it in. Really pleased with purchase.

Bought as a gift for my husband. Having originally ordered Large/extra large we did decide to return as way too big but our error as I didn’t check the sizing guide as he always has a large in clothing. However ddipp were extremely helpful and the exchange was done very quickly and smoothly. Very happy with the Sea Monster, it’s very warm after a cold dip this time of year, drys very quickly, lightweight and everything you’d expect. The built in carry pouch is an added bonus and the olive colour with orange logo is very striking. Would highly recommend both the sea monster and ddipp customer service.

Light , compact in its own storage bag, fittings and features all work and well placed. Lining is beautiful and the contrast in lining and outer is bangin!!

Ordered the grey/orange sea monster jacket as like the idea of removable arms and the lightweight packable design .

Will be using this for outdoor swimming and wanted something compact and lightweight as other dry robe style jackets are just too heavy . Wore last Saturday in 14c air temp and it was ok with just a t-shirt under. I like the lining which is very soft and snuggly on the skin . On the coldest of winter days I feel I will need to layer up to keep warm , but it is a lightweight jacket after all.

I'm 6-2 and usually a normal XL IN clothing, so I bought the L\XL I would say it's ok fit, just enough room to get changed under, but great fit as a jacket , length on me is just below knee.

Everyone at swimming loved the jacket and would definitely recommend it to others

This might yet go up to a 5, but I've not really tested it in the rain much, nor have I washed it.
I don't do watersports, but I wanted a coat that would be lightweight, breathable, windproof, and warm as well as well designed (pockets, zips etc) and well made. So far, this coat seems to tick all the boxes. The fluffy lining is very snuggly,and the outer is surprisingly soft. I wanted something that enables me to sit on the beach in December- I think it will.
I wasn't too fussed about the aesthetics, but my coat has been admired on several occasions.

Researched long and hard and yes, I could've gone with a well known brand. But this robe is lighter, packs away and arms can be zipped off for warmer dips. Perfect!

Purchased so that I can go ready to swim at my local pool, as I like to come home and shower. Very happy and looks so much better than my current hooded towelling Dri-Robe.

I love this coat. Standing on the touchline watching my grandson play football in all kinds of weather, I needed something waterproof and warm. The ddipp Sea Monster feels so soft, cosy, comfortable and not too heavy. I loved wearing it over jeans, teeshirt and jumper and the roomy feel to it is just perfect. The Petrol Blue colour with the splash of orange is 'cool' my granddaughter tells me.

Did my research, decided on Ddipp straight away as it packed away, had an orange interior (the colour was very important), light weight and versatile.
Went to order, saw that they had upgraded an already well thought out robe to be more waterproof and hand pockets zips.
OMG ABSOLUTE PERFECTION.Be out in torrential rain, wild swimming, school run etc. I dont want to take it off, lots of people asking about it. So glad I waited a year so I got the upgraded robe with EVERYTHING I wanted and need.
