We are happy to accept returns for any reason, so long as it is within 30 days or purchase and the product is in resaleable condition. Don't worry if you can't find the original bag or box, but do leave the tages on if possible.
Just use the form on this page to let us know you are returning something, and the reasons why. We will then reply with an address to use, and once we have the product back in resaleable condition we will refund to the payment method you used in the original order.
We are happy to accept returns for any reason, but we do ask that you pay the postage of returning the product to us. We find that using Evri or Royal Mail, on a 48hr (standard) tracked parcel is the best value option. You might want to ensure it is a tracked shipping option, to ensure that you have proof of delivery. We also do not refund the cost of the original shipping, unless the product is defective. For replacement products we will pay for the shipping to you.
