For UK, Standard shipping is £2.99, using Yodel. Express service is £4.99. We use tracked service, and you will get the tracking number on a confirmation email. We aim to get orders placed before 1pm out the same day, and into the hands of our distribution partners. 

International Shipping: We ship to Europe and USA, with costs of £20 to Western Europe and £40 to Central/Eastern Europe and USA. We have VAT arrangements with EU so you won't be charged on receipt.
