Standard UK shipping is £2.99, using Royal Mail. Express service is £4.99. We use tracked service, and you will get the tracking number on a confirmation email. We aim to get orders placed before 1pm out the same day, and into the hands of our distribution partners. We usually use RoyalMail.  

International Shipping: We ship to Europe and USA, with costs of £17 to Europe and £30 to USA. We have VAT arrangements with EU so you won't be charged on receipt.
Australia and New Zealand also available, at £35 and £48 respectively.
